WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Environmental Protection Agency chief Scott Pruitt's private security detail accompanied him on first-class flights, the agency confirmed on Wednesday to U.S. House Democrats, who requested details on his travels amid growing scrutiny of Cabinet members' spending.
